Wosrt service.

Absolutely terrible service regarding contract cancelation. MTN is very quick to contact you to upgrade but when you call the cancelation department they never answer. I have been calling for 2 months now, kept on the line for over 40 minutes each time and no one answers. I have emailed as well with no response, or an postmaster that says their inbox is full. Absolutely terrible!
