Worthless service, everywhere you go

Shout out to Alex, from the JHB call Centre working under Riaaz Khan , thank you for not doing your job, thank you for sending me back and forth with the wrong information. I apologize for asking you to do any of the tasks that's in your contract coz clearly customer service isn't part of what you do. I do wish that whoever trained you is very proud to know that you turned out to be a useless , worthless and waste of space coz I could've gotten better results from someone from the street, but no i got your highly worthless service. So not renewing my contract with MTN i have had enough .
