Worste service provider ever

Extremely pathetic service. A consultant confirmed everything over the phone.I was told everything was approved and a contract was approved. I would receive a sms for my documents which I sent and then waited over a week. I made over 20 calls trying to find out whats happening. I kept getting cut off my call centre agents. Its unprofessional that I had to chase after consultants for answers. I deserve to know why I got the sms but was told everything is approved. The service is really pathetic. Automated applogies and poor work ethic. The cosultants are so quick to try and milk you for money but never willing to help.
