worst worst service!!!!!

i have never in my entire working years experienced the worse service from a SP than MTN....will NEVER take a contract with them. it took me 3 months to cancel my contract.....every time i pay the early penalty, its takes a months...eventually 2 months to sort this out then I had to pay a penalty AGAIN. the only person that could assist me at the end and did it snappy was Thato Hadebe at MTN retensions JOburg, thanx Thato...more employees like urself should be employed. thank you!!!
