Worst worst customer experience

It's always a mission to get assitance from Mtn I called last week Friday requesting for a statement of calls the items billing was loaded on my account but am still waiting for the statement of calls 2 be sent I have called on many occasion repeating my self which is frustrating but still I have not received anything.instate all the consultant are telling me tht the notes show tht the statement was sent .today one of the consultant discovered tht the reason am I have not received the statement is because form of communications was nt selected but still I have not received the statement
