Worst upgrade service oh yes did not get ant service

The worst service ever want to upgrade a week and a half now but now it is because of the old system new system bull that ia they problem not the customer and now there is a credit limit problem once again not customer problem they do not how to assist me anymore want to lay a complaint they just drop the phone the customer care. But we have 5 big contracts with them and that is how you are treated think i need to move to vodacom.
