I app**** for an upgrade for my number on the 08/02/2022. i kept calling they first told me the will speak to the courier company i went to the store and they couldn't help me I called they told me 2 hours to have it cancelled when i called to ff up I got this rude agent that kept placing me on hold and no verification done and advised it will take a whole week to cancel that order.
