Worst upgrade ever

I was offered an upgrade by one of the consultants, she promised me services that were never loaded on the deal. When I query about it I’m sent from pillar to post with no resolution, when the debit order date arrives I was debited a higher amount not even close to the agreed amount which resulted in my other debit orders bouncing. Yet I still don’t have solution nor refund for all these. Worst case I was in a process of applying for a vehicle finance and it back fired as I was deemed not to be credit worthy.
