Worst Treatment

Can u guys please attend to my problem?

I've been trying to bring back your home fibre for 7 months now with no success.

Whenever I try to take it back to Heidelberg MTN store, Lady by the name of Vuyelwa last time told me that they are Franchise Shop and they can't take it back. I went again today after calling and them advising that I must go then call them back when I'm at the store of which I did.

When I arrived there the same Lady (Vuyelwa) told that she can't take the Router bcoz it is weekend, I asked her why she says it's weekend meanwhile it's Friday??

I called MOBILEPLUS then consultant spoke with her to take router, She then changed the story to "They have network issue" of which She's lying.

I left the router at the store bcoz she refused to give me MRSVP number I've been trying to resolve this issue for long time now. I'm tired because even now my credit profile is messed up bcoz of this

I'm disappointed in Mtn and Vuyelwa🚮🚮🚮
