Worst thing I have ever seen

So today I sent my brother airtime of 99rand and also sent him 5rand airtime so that he could buy data and mtn decided to just give itself the airtime and left him with 76rand and when we call the customer service they don't answer and just end up in silence while we calling ...this is really unfair
