Worst than disgusting service from MTN

It has been more than 6 weeks since I sent my phone in for repairs via Fochini and have since been met with such incompetency by Mtn...firstly my phone was returned back as Mtn claimed to not be able to get ahold of me yet I completed a detailed form of all my details for correspondence...I was called by Fochini that told me Mtn cannot get ahold of me so i then asked them how they managed to call me...no message was sent by mtn or email detailing the progress of the repairs....i am beyond irritated with this situation...i called Fochini and asked to speak to Khabo who was helping me and left a message since friday yet no one has called me. Tecno in Kenya has been the only people that called me under the assumption that i had already received my phone...as I write this complain i still don't have my phone and have been badly inconvenienced.
