Worst Technical support Service experience

I have been trying since yesterday 27 July 2015 to sort out the fact that my calls are being diverted and my voice mail is locked. I have spoken to about 10 agents who all tried to help me but my problem is still not fixed! I have emailed as well and no response. No one is able to fix this problem or willing to go the extra mile to assist me. <br> <br> Really disappointed in the lack of ability to resolve my problem! Don't know what to do!
