Worst staff member ever, Mapule, MTN Vereeniging , youre a disgrace to the MTN brand.

Disgusted with your staff! Had a very uncomfortable situation take place this morning with a woman named Mapule! I went to the store to get a new sim card for my mother, after getting to the store i was informed by Mapule they need my ID as well. Irritated with myself i left the store and swore “myself” for forgetting this as it was an obvious requirement which i failed to remember. I went home to go fetch my ID only to get back to be told i now also need my proof of residence as well. When i was told about the proof of residence i sighed to what Mapule decided was relevant ground for her to start shouting at me at the top of her voice.

I was clearly not swearing at her when i left the store, i also wasnt rude when she asked me for my proof of residence i sighed and merely asked but why didnt you tell me this the first time i was here? She continued shouting at me and obviously the favor was returned.

Now i dont know where you clowns go to dig up your so called store staff members but the situation would've easily de-escalated had she told me about all info first time round and not make something personal to her which “clearly” wasnt aimed at her.

You and your rude staff members are one joke of a company and clearly you hire who’m ever rocks up for interviews. Give your staff training and for heaven's sake, hire people with people skills. You're noting more than a bunch of amateurs and i thank the heavens i am no client of yours, nor will i ever be to ANY of your products thanks to this rude untrained staff member who showed me how MTN staff handles situations.
