WORST SEVICE IN THE COUNTRY. TAKING MONEY THAT IS NOT THEIRS

Branch: V&A Waterfron, Cape Town I struggled for more than 2 months to change a personel account to a business account. Employee: Rezaan Savahl Eventually when the change was made and the new account was up and running, R12298.13 was taken from our account without showing on the old or new statement. It does not show as a credit. Numerous phone calls and e-mails to Labeeqah at V&A and still no refund. I live in the Karoo, ****m away - I was there twice with no answer. She said she escalated it to her branch manager and he cannot solve it. When I was there I wanted to talk to him and he refused to see me although he was in the office. Labeeqah struggled to get an answer for 4 hours while I was standing there, still no manager in site to speak to me. Acc: A*** and A***
