Worst sevice ever

I just app**** for a cellphone contract and after a successful application I was informed the phone is out of stock and I had to choose another one. I had received an email that my application was again successful and will be informed regarding delivery details but still today , I have called several times but I don't get any answers as they claim that the only person who can assist is the one that helped me with my application.
