Worst Services from MTN

I have recieved the most Horrible and traumatic experience in my entire life I was due for a cancellation of my contract last month as my contract had come to an end I called in 2 weeks prior before the date of cancellation I was told to pay a specific amount as a cancellation fee , I pleaded with the agent that I spoke to to debit me as I couldn’t go to the branch and pay cash , for some weird reason she said she can’t she will provide me with account details to do an EFT which was inconveniencing for me but I settled with that, so I did pay their money in mid December but till today they are still bombarding ime with messages saying I’m due which is tarnishing my name in the credit world , despite the fact that I had sent a proof a payment to 7 agents I have been speaking to but no one got back to me and confirmed if they received any payment only one did after I called for so many times when I was crying over the phone because of bad service . while on that to make matters worst , they Alocated me the contract package the following day which is something I did not want to get into , which means now I’m owing more money because of someone that did not do their job properly, Now I’m stuck with the past due and it official that the only way out is they want to get this money from me that I’m not even technically owing, it not even about the money should it beR1.00 it wouldn’t still be fair coz I paid the money that was due to me but till now I’m still receiving text that says I’m due for the cancellation fee after sending proof of payments so many times, to top it all off I spoke to the manager but it was the most useless thing I’ve ever done coz he didn’t handle the matter as he supposed to he said he will get Someone to call me back but guess what? NO ONE DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hate MTN services to the core of my heart this is not the first time I have experienced something like this with them whereas I’ve been their client for more than 2 years making payments on time
