WORST SERVICE - TO TRY TO CANCEL A CONTRACT

WORST SERVICE!!! Trying to cancel a contract with MTN is a nightmare. I have been trying to cancel my one contract before the contact ends on the 11.09.2023. Every time they state the contract will be cancelled. Then they advised a need to call on the day the contract expires, So I did that as well. They told me the contract is cancelled and the last payment will go off in September 2023. When I phoned today to make sure they cancelled the contract, too my surprise it is still active. So not only active but the agent who was supposed to cancel my contract didn't do it but added a bundle to my account, without my consent, this is *****!!! When I wanted to speak to a manager, they were in a meeting. so, now they say it will be cancelled today. I don't believe that. And how can I trust MTN now, they can do what they want but I need to just pay and accept.
