Worst service. Sim swop gone wrong.

I got ****** on Friday night 18.03.2022. I opened a case the next morning, had my number blacklisted and tried to do a sim swop via a self-help service. They said I failed my questionnaire but i know I answered everything correctly. I was then told to go to an MTN branch, which I went to the same day. MTN Woodmead, I took my affidavit, cert Id, and my temp device and new sim as requested. This was on the 20.03.2022, I was told the manager was not available, they said to come back the next day. Which I did but oh no the manager wasn't there again, I'm so sorry they said. Please note that even though I do not stay very far from Woodmead, I was still extremely traumatized by my experience and was very ill. I come back the next day,22.03.2022 and the manager is thhere. So they proceed to start the sim swop only to ask me for the holder the sim card was in which i didnt not have. I told them i'd buy a new sim card just so i didnt have to drive home and back. After about an hour, the sim swop is done. They say only put the sim card in after 24 hours. Im shocked. Anyway i wait until the next day 23.03.2022 and put the sim in at 14:00 which is 30 mins longer than 24hours. But the sim swop never went through, again shocking. I call them and they say they will check and call me back, which they never do. I call them again and the guys says sorry, they were having issues with sim swops for prepaid clients. I must call 135. At this point, im at my wits end becuase i would have done a number port except i couldnt until i did the sim swop. So i call 135 and the horrible rude lady tells me sorry i can't help and i must go back to the store. Someone, please tell me what am i supposed to do now. I've been 4 days without my number, i can't access any of my details. This is really the worst service I have received in my entire life. I hope the staff get proper training because nobody knows what is going on and everyone is so unhelpful and useless.
