Worst Service received by MTN, Rude consultant at the MTN store outlet (Damaging MTN brand)

This lady at MTN 3 Simmonds, Johannesburg, was extremely rude closing the door in my face, because she said at 9h00 they open but because they have a backlog of application they will open at 09h30 when i got there i was told that the lights needs to be fixed by the building maintenance and that will take another 1h30 hours, my assumptions is that they still busy capturing inconveniencing customers that has other queries , This type of behavior shows that MTN does not care about their customers and that I am just another number. This is unacceptable and therefor i want the contract that i have upgraded to be cancelled.
