Worst service provider(MTN contract)

I made a contract with Mtn for an Iphone 15 in november 2023 using online service. On the 25th of January 2024, the Iphone switched off and could not switch on. On the 27th January, I took it to the Ceres Mtn Store and they bookes it in for warranty review and it was approved and i was told I will get a new phone. Up until today (22 february) I haven't received my phone, nor feedback or update of when/how can I get my new phone. I have been calling customer care, mtn repair and even going to the store with no luck. Now I am deciding to cancel my contract because I won't pay for a contract while I don't have the phone with me. Its either I get my phone or cancel the contract. I am so angry and annoyed by this service provider(Mtn).
