Worst service provider!!! Why am i debited?

Mtn suspended my account in November and suddenly deducted R3400 from my account in December. I complained and asked for cancellation of the 4 year contract today they deducted money from my account yet again. The contract should have expired 2 years ago. I don’t even have the sim or the iPad anymore. I told them last month to cancel my contract and now this again?

It’s getting exhausting!!! Cancel he contract and refund my money bac****!
