Worst service provider when coming to cancelling contracts and providing call recording

MTN is the worst service provider! I canceled my contract on the 22nd January 2021 and have a cancellation reference. They kept on billing me for months and months when I asked what the billing was for they said I didn’t cancel the contract. I asked for my call recording in April 2021 till date no one can provide me with my call recording. Now they handed the account over and I’ve written numerous emails to their retentions department because they do not answer their lines. When I go to store the consultant tell me that retentions don’t answer calls. Now I’m being affected for something I canceled.
