WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN SOUTH AFRICA "MTN"

We live in the Langkloof Eastern Cape in a small town called Misgund, we have been without service from mtn since 30 November and have contacted them regarding but they just ignore us, we where told now on several times that they are sending a technician out but to no prevail. if you ass a client do not pay your contract on time it is disconnected, but they can charge us and deliver no service. THIS MUST STOP!!!!!!!!
