Worst service provider in SA

Thebiso from MTN was extremely rude and refused to help me. I had requested to speak to a a manager which I was refused. I have recorded whereby the agent stated that I can take it up to the operational manager stating that 'You can take it up tomorrow and state that I refused to help you and pass you over to a manager'. If this is the organization you guys run, your CEO should consider closure for the site. I contacted MTN Pinetown and was transferred over to the billing team so I hope Thebiso and his manager Thanswa sees this. Don't go with MTN because their customer service is PUTRIT!!!!
