worst service provider in RSA

<p>On 29 March 2017 I was phoned to inform me I am due for an upgrade. I agreed to the Samsung J5 because of the 16GB memory. I was told that the phone will be delivered within 7 working days. I accepted that it might be slightly more as to provide for delays due to the public holidays.</p> <p>but after a few weeks I phone but told the phone is undelivered in a where house in Duran, and the phone will be delivered shortly. Then after another week still no sign of the phone. At enquiry I'm told that the currier tried to make a delivery but there were no one home and there were no answer when he tried to reach me..</p> <p>which is a blatend lei as I got no call nor missed call. then I'm told that on the system it says that I agreed to the A5 and that there is no J5 in stock. Every week I phone there is a different story and empty promises. In the meantime my current phone started to give sound problems and I miss calls leading to loss of income as I rely on my phone and prospective clients calling me for a income. Loosing a call = loosing income. After being a loyal customer for 17+ years I can surely say that I have zero loyalty towards MTN and I make it my mission to tell every single person I see about how utterly disappointed and disgusted I am with MTN. They are *********** useless and can't deliver on something as elementary as sending a customer the correct phone within 2 weeks.</p>
