Worst service provider ever

I received a phone call from a lady by the name of Beryl Hlophe for an upgrade on my account which I agreed to. I received one phone but the second phone have been promised to me since the 11th of May because apparently their out of stock, which by the way is always a problem at MTN. How long should one wait for a device now, really? it has been a month, totally unacceptable
