worst service provider ever
mtn has worst service. i reported an incident they failed to fix its over a month till today nothing has been done. on the tenth of october they promised ill get back my money back which they wrongfully debited and were made aware on the 12th of september still nothing. they said in 4days it will be in my account. today is the 20th nothing still. this is not what i signed up for. iv been going around with their complaints departmebt they dont seem to give a damn. now i have to run after them like its my fault. such inconvinience. mtn is so ***********.

23 Oct 2019, 00:46THAT IS ABSOLUTELY BULL****. im running in deficit because of the money you took incoreectly. the debit order runs the 30th .return all ny money. you will debit on the date we agreed on. how must i now survive. mtn is very selfish. so this means you all had been lying to me saying money will be credited into my account. actually who said its ok for you to put the money that you debited against the debit order . no i want my money back. and also i want option to cancel for free because you failed to deliver. sorry for inconvinience is absolutelu bull**** and not enough.
