Worst service provider ever!

MTN is the worst when it comes to customer service, I’ve been struggling with an account since March! The consultant that sold me the contract over the phone **** about the subscription amount, day after I got the laptop is sent it back to an MTN store and I was given a reference number: *** but to date I’m still being charged and my account has been taken to collections even though I have been paying my subscriptions. The consultants don’t have a sense of wanting to help and they just don’t care! They send from pillar to post with no help at all.
