WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!!!!
last year Nashua mobile closed down and subsequently my contracts were moved over to MTN. Needless to say that Nashua closing down was a huge mistake. MTN has no idea what they are doing! when my contracts were moved over last year, I called MTN to advise them that I do not want anything on my contracts to change, with Nashua mobile, I had a R0 credit limit and that is what I requested, low and behold all of a sudden in April 15, my phones are suspended, I called MTN to enquire as to why and they advise that my lines have been suspended as I am R2000 some odd over my \credit limit"I did not ask for the limit"

Thank you for your post.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience experienced.
The credit limit that has been put in place is as per the request from the NCA (National Credit Act). This is not a service that MTN provides to you or is requested by the customer. It services as a risk measure in the customers favour as per the NCA.
Should you wish not to exceed a certain limit, you may contact our offices and request your number to be migrated to a top up contract.
Regards
Veronica
