WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!

If I could give them 0 stars I would! They are con artists and it’s disgusting how they treat their clients! My mom has been with them for years and last year she was uncertain about what phone she wanted to get with her upgrade so asked if she could wait but whoever was in contact with her kept nagging and nagging and finally said she should do a sim upgrade and will have no charges to upgrade her phone whatsoever. Now for the past 6 months she’s been trying to upgrade her phone and it has been nothing but unpleasant. All we get is excuse after excuse and she now has to pay a ridiculous amount to upgrade her phone after already upping her fees with the sim upgrade. She has decided to leave this horrible service provider and what comes with that? MORE MONEY! MTN is a **** and a money making scheme that has no respect for their clients whatsoever!
