WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER

I have had the worst experience ever since 2023. I opened a contact in 2021 and struggled a whole year to get the contract canceled. Just to find out my insurance was not canceled. I had to pay the insurance charges now March 2025 that was billed since November 2023. I have been phoning there legal department endlessly just to receive a confirmation letter stating my account has been settled but no one is answering my calls or emails. I went to their branch and they only said unfortunately they cant help me i need to phone... What type of customer service is that. I just need the letter confirming my money was receiving so i can clear my name.
