Worst service provider ever
After opening my first contract with Mtn. They messed up everything. After a few days of having my phone it was disconnected. I went to Mtn. Just to find out there's 5 numbers registered on my contract. Kgoshi Pholowane at MTN game store Polokwane assisted me in the first place. He promised me to rectify the problem. But just a few day's later my phone was disconnected again. So I went to Mtn Mall of the North and spoke to Nthabiseng Lerutla. She tried her best to assist but, with no success. When I opened the contract I asked them for the p20 lite which comes with the router for 299pm. now i'm being charged for the router aswell. I have been with MTN for many years. I'm really disgusted with the service I've gotten.

Kindly be advised that the 3 extra lines allocated to the account has been cancelled.
On cell number *** you have not been billed for the router no promo fee, however you have used more than 500MB due to the usage limit not set up and the billing was added for the extra usage. Next month the invoice will reflect R0.00.
The usage limit is set up on the account and the next invoice will only reflect R299.00
Credit for May 2018 = R215.58 has been placed on the account for cell ***, number cancelled.
