Worst service provider ever.

The issue begun when they sent me a bill that I was owing more than R1000 last year around June and I contested and asked them to send me a proof or a detailed statement and usage, and I also told them that I will not pay for something I don't know about until they prove to me, I used to normally pay R119 for 2GB modem, and if it increased it would be R200 and few rands bt to my shock at that period it ballooned from R119 to +R1000 and I called them and they couldn't help me, also tried to email them and still couldn't help me. And now they sent a final warning and I rep**** with an email saying I cannot pay without you proving to me the sites I went to and the usages on the sites as I am not a heavy internet user and still they kept quit, I have all the proof of the emails I sent to them and we using them with my legal advisors. I cannot ever recommend anyone to associate themselves with MTN because they are ****** and apparently I am not the only one as I have checked other consumer complaits site example [URL Removed]
