Worst service provider ever
I have made a payment arrangement and mtn decide on their own date where mine is on the 1st of every month now tge blocked my phone for the 2nd time. Emailed them yesterday and they said it will be fixed today and changed the date and ****ing nothing was done. Im fed up with mtbn. Using my phone for work i have sent numerous emails to that consultant and no one has contacted me or emailed back im going to stop this sim and wont pay a cent further on this contract.

28 Sept 2023, 13:26You can set the payment for 1009.06 that was the payment arrangement on the 5th and im done with mtn 2 months in a row doing just how they want and not what I arranged and my date for payment is on the 1st of every month
