WORST SERVICE PROVIDER, DONT BOTHER TAKING A CONTRACT

MTN has the worst service ever, I have a home wifi contract with them and ever since I got it. It works partially, the service has been down for the past 4 days. Mind you this is a contract which debits every month however I dont get the value that I paid for. I have been to store, the guys in store say they see nothing wrong. I have been on a call with customer care and they also see nothing wrong. At this rate I would just like to cancel the contract because this is nonsense.
