Worst service provider. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM

I have been trying to cancel an old account for three months. Initially I was told that because of a dual call on the account it could not be cancelled. So I cancelled the dual call. Or I thought I did, but when I tried again to cancel the account I was told it was still there. Tried again in the next month with the same result. This month I have been put through to various departments, only to be told it is another department's responsibility. Yesterday spent over an hour on the phone to MTN. Currently at 20 minutes, only to be told the same old lies.
