Worst Service Provider

This is the worst network provider I’ve ever been with. Initially had a debit order thinking it was the easy way to pay, they either took it too early or too late, causing havoc with my account. Switched to cash payments. First EFT “could not be found” despite numerous Proof of Payments sent. My service is disconnected every few days even though they’ve raised a query. I can’t get out of my contract as I would need to pay thousands.
