Worst service provider

I have been using MTN for the longest time but right now I’m tired and exhausted,been unhappy for the longest time. My monthly instalment has been increased again,with no answers yet again I’m always taken back and forth by this service provider. What I hate most is they quick to take you to their lawyers when you don’t pay but with the ***** done on our accounts no one has ways to resolve our problems. Where can one go for help because at this point I’m defeated nd fee ******
