WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AROUND! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR THIEVERY

TOTALLY A ****!!!

I had a contract end in Feb 2023 and then did not renew it. MTN then went on to a month to month contract that i requested to be canceled in March 2023.

Since then i have been given the run around to not get the contract canceled and then my bill grows every month. They are charging me R699 a month for a service that i have requested to be canceled for MONTHS now and none of the complaint avenues work.

I have ckntacted them all including the ombudsman and icasa but to no avail.

NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ********* COMPANY THAT *****S FROM ITS CUSTOMERS OFFERING ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I WILL NOT PAY THESE ******* THEY CAN WRITE IT ON THEIR FOREHEAD AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!!!
