Worst service provider

This is my third review on MTN and to this day I have not received any resolution to the wifi I canceled. They keep on billing for a Wi-Fi I'm not even using. When I call the cancelation department they putting me from pillar to post Noone knows what they doing.

They advised me I need to call the retention department which I have and they not picking calls when they do they don't even listen to you they take you back to cancelation department and request for an IRMS number which I have given to them numerous times.

They want to ruin my credit and my name, they keep on billing me for something I returned 30th January we are now approaching May still no resolution. I would never recommend it to anyone, when you get to the store they tell you, you need to contact cancelations department.

I regret taking that phone call and agreeing to take the Wi-Fi. Rain did not give me any hussles when I canceled everything was smooth and easy.

All I need to know is how much is the cancelation, send me the banking details and settlement letter and pay them and to never, ever use their services ever again.
