Worst service provider

A consultant at the East Rand Mall was supposed to help me with a package migration 2 MONTHS AGO, I have no idea what happened with it as I am being ignored by the consultant and her manager. MTN has absolutely no regard for customer service whatsoever, it’s shocking how you treat customers. I have been with for god knows how long and it just gets worse and worse. If it was easy to change providers I would but conveniently it’s the hardest thing to do aside from getting someone at MTN to actually help.
