WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

If I could give a zero star I would. I was overcharged because I missed a debit order overcharged by R2000! I have been trying to get this sorted for a year now but nobody takes me seriously. I spoke to a Maze Zuma who also agreed I was overcharged but still no one has reconciled my statement. Every time I call NOBODY KNOWS WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT and no one says the cannot assist. WORSE I have been handed over because a mistake they made!
