WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER! Customer service is nor even present in this company...

No assistance in terms of mistakes and incorrect information that you supply to be rectified from your side!

Migrated my package for the rest of my contract term to a larger package "without" any extra costs. Just to get debited at the end of the month for that package!

Now that I want to reverse the package they can not give me a confirmation on when it will occur, but let it get to payments from customer's side it has to happen on time!

Luckily my account is nearing its end with you so that I can move to another provider!!!
