Worst Service Provider!!!!

MTN Urban Lifestyle contacted me regarding a contract. they debited the money from my account but furthermore i have received no information from them whatsoever. If i contact the call centre they do not answer. I phoned MTN to cancel my contract and they advised that they can not help me i should phone urban lifestyle. This is the worst service provider i ever came across, as at the end of the day Mtn urban lifestyle is a part of MTN and if i dont get answers from them MTN is responsible to cancel the contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!
