Worst service provider.

Had the worst experience with MTN. I app**** for a contact in November 2023. I still do not get any feedback and there has been no real progress. I had to submit the same documents 4 times. Every time I call to get an update they say that they are still waiting for documents.

If I do not call them I do not get any feedback. In the past they would call me multiple times to sell their products and now that I actually app**** the service is lacking and pathetic.

Would not recommend applying for a new phone contract with them. Rather try another service provider. I’m waiting 1 more day, if I get no feedback I will cancel my application.
