Worst service provider

They are the worst service provider I ever dealt with. They have not debited my account for payment but were quick to suspend my line. Their service consultants are on another hopeless level. They disconnect the call and have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I will never recommend mtn to anyone unless u want to spent hours being put on hold with the call centre only to get your call cut off. They respond to emails like 2 days later they can never pick up your details in short they just nothing but a waste of time.
