Worst service provider
I had the worst experience with MTN. They kept missing my debit order and eventually I had to ask to make an EFT payment, they gave me the wrong account details after being placed on hold for 7 minutes. I transferred the money into the account with the account number they had given me eventually I had to reverse the payment which cost me R300 which they are now not willing to reimburse!!!! MTN call center staff need to be trained properly!!!! When calling for help after the mistake was made again I had to hold for 30 minutes. The staff need to be trained properly!!!!
