Worst service provider

Mtn supersonic is the worst, I went on whatsapp to find ways of payment and I was given banking details to pay into. I called them seeing that the wifi still not work the following day and was. Told I had to pay at the shops only. I then asked if they cannot allocate the payment then in future I know to pay only at retail outlets. They said no they will refund me. I'm still waiting for the refund. The agents seem to not know anything. I was given the following case number CAS-305999-C1L6J5.
