Worst service provider !!!
4Th month in a row where my debit order payment goes out of my account and a few days later I get a message to say my service is being shut down because I didn't pay my account .end of January I payed R1000 for 2months R250 contracts . I payed the last two years insurance on my phone just to here i need to pay R700 to fix my phone because i don't have insurance . and today a lady phoned me again to ask when am I paying after i payed my account on the 1st of march 2015 and when I told them I am going to report them they cut my service off immediately . ****ED off with MTN !!!!!

Our records show that your line is barred due to your account being in arrears. The debit order scheduled for 02 March 2015 was returned unpaid. The arrears of R272,20 can be paid at Absa, Account number *** and you can use your cellphone number as a reference.
With regards to the insurance on your device, the matter has been escalated to the relevant department for urgent attention and to contact you directly with feedback and a way forward.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
