Worst service provider

MTN is by far the worst see provider not to mention their *********** staff. I purchased a pocket router and it has been faulty for the past week,today I went to MTN Ballito junction and the service was by far the worst apparently they couldn’t not book my router for assessment not to mention that after the router is log in for assessment I will not have a router to use.
